The Claremont Bitcoin Club was founded in Spring 2025 to give students at the Claremont Colleges a dedicated space to explore Bitcoin. In just our first semester, over 100 students joined, reflecting both the excitement around Bitcoin and the strength of our community.

To support this growth, we became affiliated with the Financial Economics Institute (FEI), allowing us to expand into structured research opportunities, including student-led papers and collaborative projects. Our story is one of rapid growth and academic focus—building a hub where students can learn, research, and lead in the future of finance and technology.
